What started as a day off and a hydrotherapy assessment for my older arthritic lady Talla opened up a whole world of discovery about the  Canine Arthritis Management. This was initiated by Vets due to the scale of arthritis being the second highest cause of early euthanasia in dogs. Working with so many affected dogs, knowing about ‘silent pain’ from my WEBB training with Dr. Edward Bassingthwaighte I wanted to know more. So, brain back in study mode I have just completed the CAMadvocate Level 1 course. It is going to be a positive way forward following the Gold Standard Framework of canine arthritis management and working alongside other dedicated professionals in the multidisciplinary teams 🐾
